The towers are constructed of ferrocement, concrete over a wire armature. When used for homes it is very much fire proof/resistant, ideal for rebuilding

The visual quality of the film is very good. However, the sound track exhibits playback speed variations. Many of the films at Archive.org exhibit this problem. Equipment maintenance/operator oversight?
Additionally, I'm no musician but the sound track music seems very reminiscent of the Twilight Zone TV show theme music? There is little on-line info about the composer. Was someone plagiarizing?
Four stars for the visual content, despite the warbling/fluttering sound track.
